One hour
This is for one hour of private training. If you’re interested in getting one workout in every now and then without the hassle of progress tracking, this is your best option.
One Hour Session - $60
Four Pack
The Four Pack allows you to pay for four, one-hour sessions at one time. You can schedule all four sessions at once, or if you’re not sure what your calendar looks like, you can schedule as you go. Ideally you will use this package once a week for one month. We will track your progress by taking measurements and working toward your goals.
Four Pack - $220
Eight Pack
Much like the Four Pack, the Eight Pack allows you to pay for eight, one-hour sessions at one time. Ideally you will use this package twice a week for one month. With this level of commitment, we track your progress to attain and exceed your goals.
Eight Pack - $400
Twelve Pack
This package allows you to start off strong with guidance from me, and then allows you to continue to progress towards your goals on your own, using my help only when you need it. We will spend six weeks together training twice a week. If you want the hardcore training, you can also use the Twelve Pack three times a week for a month. We will take measurements and track your progress towards your goals. You will have access to your individually created workouts that you can use to workout on your own at your own gym.

Reinforcement Plan
The Reinforcement Plan is designed to allow you to work out on your own and meet with me once a month to check in on your progress. Prerequisite is the Eight Pack or Twelve Pack packages used either twice a week or three times a week consecutively. With our four or six weeks together we’ll build a workout program and integrate your nutrition to create a healthy lifestyle that works for you. After the four or six weeks with me, you’re on your own to continue your new lifestyle. You can come back to me to check in and take measurements, discuss successes and set backs, make adjustments, get a workout, track progress, and create more challenging workouts. If you want the full shebang for your check-in, we’ll need an hour. If you want more of a consultation and are pressed for time, we’ll only need half an hour.
Reinforcement Plan - $50 for one-hour or $35 for half-hour
Kickboxing and Boxing
I enjoy straight up street style kickboxing and boxing. It’s a full-body workout as well as the perfect mix of cardio and strength training. Kickboxing and boxing are the best sports to lose weight and gain muscle quickly. I will train you in ring-style boxing and kickboxing with Muay Thai–style kicks and elbows. This is no wimpy cardio kickboxing class. Focus is on technique and strength. Pricing is $60 for one hour of kickboxing or boxing training. Assisted Stretching
Flexibility is an important part of moving comfortably, whether for a specific activity like dance, or for your day-to-day like getting up from your desk to get your lunch. Flexibility is also something that we all have to work on, no matter how flexible or inflexible you are. I will help you stretch out and increase your range of motion. You don’t have to do anything. Just allow me to move your arms and legs and in an hour we can have your whole body stretched and mobile, or in a half an hour we can work on a particularly tight area.
An hour of Assisted Stretching is $50. Half an hour is $35.
